EasyEstate 360 is an online marketplace that connects people who want to buy, sell or rent property in Pakistan with owners, agents, agencies and builders. We also provide a CRM for property professionals.

We are not a party to any property transaction. Agreements, payments and transfers of property happen directly between buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.

• You must give accurate details when you register and keep them up to date.
• Keep your password secret. We recommend turning on two-step verification in your settings.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account, including by team members you add.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other users at risk.

• You may only list property you own or are authorised to market.
• Prices, size, location, photos and descriptions must be accurate and must not mislead.
• Do not post duplicate listings, fake photos, “bait” prices or property that is no longer available.
• A verification fee may apply before a listing is reviewed. Listings go live only after payment is verified and our team approves them.
• We may reject, request changes to, suspend or remove any listing.

Featuring a listing gives it placement in the Featured sections for the stated period. It does not guarantee a sale, enquiries, buyers or any particular ranking.

All fees are shown before you pay. Payments are confirmed only after verification by our team or the payment provider. Uploading a false payment proof will lead to account suspension. Fees for listings that break these terms are not refundable.

AI-generated descriptions, search results, match scores, price insights and assistant answers are aids, not professional, legal or financial advice. Review generated content before publishing, and verify all property information and documents independently before any transaction.

• Do not use the platform for fraud, harassment, spam or unlawful activity.
• Do not copy, scrape or resell listings or user data.
• Do not try to break, overload or get around the security of the platform.

Listing information is supplied by owners and agents. We work to keep the platform accurate and safe, but we cannot guarantee that every listing is correct or available. To the extent allowed by law, EasyEstate 360 is not liable for losses arising from transactions between users.

We may update these terms. When we make important changes we will show a notice on the site. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Questions? Contact us.
