• Listings and uploads: property details, photos and payment proofs. Payment proofs are stored privately and seen only by our payments team.
• Enquiries you send to agents or owners, including your name, phone and message.
• Usage: searches, viewed and saved properties, used to show relevant recommendations.
• Location, only when you choose to share it to see property near you.
• Security data: sign-in times, devices and IP addresses, to protect your account.

• To run your account, review listings and verify payments.
• To pass your enquiry to the agent or owner of the property you contact.
• To send notifications you have asked for, such as search alerts and new leads.
• To keep the platform safe, prevent fraud and fix problems.

We do not sell your personal data.

When your listing goes live we may make one automated call with an optional featured offer. You can press 9 on the call, or use your dashboard, to stop all promotional calls.

When AI features are enabled, only the details needed for the task — such as listing details or your search question — are sent to our AI provider. We do not send your contact details for this purpose.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to protect forms against misuse. Your browser also stores small preferences, such as your assistant language, voice setting and site language. You can clear these at any time in your browser settings.

Passwords are stored as secure hashes, never in plain text. You can turn on two-step verification and review your recent sign-ins in your settings. Access to personal data inside our team is limited to the people who need it.

You can update your details and notification preferences in your dashboard at any time. You can also contact us to ask for a copy of your data or for your account and data to be deleted.
